Foot Reflexology Session
On your first visit you will be asked questions about past and present health and lifestyle. You will then be asked to remove your shoes and socks and to make yourself comfortable in a reclining chair. During treatment some areas of the feet may feel a little tender and these will correlate to areas of congestion or imbalance in the body. Most people experience a deep sense of relaxation during and after treatment.
How long is each session
The first treatment lasts approximately 90 minutes, this enables a health and lifestyle questionnaire to be completed.
Follow- up sessions are 60 minutes.
How many sessions will I need ?
A course of 3 or 4 sessions is usually recommended, or for conditions that are long standing and chronic more sessions are usually required, it all depends on how quickly the body responds to treatment. As the body reaches a state of balance sessions would be spaced out to fortnightly, monthly or whenever the client feels the need.
Treatment is usually given at weekly intervals.
