I studied reflexology at The Bayly School of Reflexology, and gained my diploma in 2006, and am a member of The British Reflexology Association.

The Bayly School of Reflexology is the official teaching body of The British Reflexology Association.

I have for many years had a fascination with and studied mindbody health, maintaining health and wellness has always been important to me and so it was quite natural for me after a long career in the Prison Service to become a complementary therapy practitioner, as well as practising reflexology, I also am a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Energy Psychology practitioner

Health is dependant on the balance and maintenance of harmony within the body and mind. Stress, negative emotions, lifestyle and diet can cause imbalances in the body, leading to illness, pain or disease.
